To find the Cecil Soil Conservation District Office:
Upper Chesapeake Corporate Center, 105 Chesapeake Boulevard, Suite B-3, Elkton, Maryland

From Interstate 95

Take Interstate 95 north to the Elkton/Newark exit at Route 279. Turn right onto Route 279 and follow to Route 213. Turn left on Route 213 and follow through the town of Elkton. At Route 40 intersection, turn left (east) and proceed approximately two miles to the Upper Chesapeake Corporate Center, which is located on the right, directly before the Delaware state line. Turn right at Kiddie Lane. The USDA Service Center is located in the building with the red roof. (office door is on the right side of the building.)

From Route 301

Take Route 301, turn left (north) on Route 313 in Kent County and follow until it becomes Route 213 in Galena and crosses the Sassafras River into Cecil County. Follow Route 213 to the Route 40 intersection and turn right (east). Proceed approximately top miles to the Upper Chesapeake Corporate Center, which is located on the right, directly before the Delaware state line. Turn right at Kiddie Lane. The USDA Service Center is located in the building with the red roof. (office is on the right side of the building.)
